Terms of Service

These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with FunkyPrints. Your quote may include additional terms, which take priority where they differ.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices shown on this website are per piece and exclude GST.
• Per-piece rates depend on quantity (slab pricing). Your quote confirms the final rate, branding and delivery charges.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Minimum order

The minimum order is 50 pieces per gift, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing and meet the payment terms stated on it.

Artwork and branding

• You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, name or artwork you send us.
• We share a digital mockup for approval. Production starts only after you approve it, and we print what was approved.
• Printed colours can vary slightly from how they appear on screen.

Delivery

• Dispatch times (typically 5–7 working days after artwork approval and order confirmation) and transit times are estimates.
• We deliver to the addresses you provide. Please check them carefully.
• If a shipment arrives damaged, tell us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve it.

Changes and cancellations

Branded gifts are made to order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and any accepted change may affect price and timelines.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
